Who we are

Alpenva LLC ("Alpenva", "we") operates alpenva.com and sells Sanbera Switzerland products to customers in the United States. This policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

Order and account details: name, email, phone, shipping and billing address, order history. Payment details are collected and stored by Stripe; we never see your full card number.

Site usage: pages viewed, device and browser type, approximate location, referral source and campaign identifiers (UTM parameters, click IDs) used to measure advertising.

Communications: messages you send us, product reports, and reviews.

How we use it

To process orders and subscriptions, ship products (we share your shipping details with Sanbera, who ships from Switzerland), provide customer service, send transactional email, and, with your consent, marketing email you can unsubscribe from at any time.

To measure and improve the site and our advertising, including through Google Analytics, Meta and Google Ads. We honor Global Privacy Control signals.

Sharing

We share data only with service providers needed to run the store: Stripe (payments), Sanbera Switzerland (fulfillment), Resend (email), Cloudinary (images), Render or our hosting provider (infrastructure), and analytics/advertising partners listed above. We do not sell personal information.

Your rights (CCPA/CPRA and other state laws)

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, and opt out of the sharing of information for cross-context behavioral advertising. Use the account page or email [email protected]. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.

We retain order records as required by tax and consumer-protection law, typically seven years.
